- Do Goodly Tasty Tomato & Bean Houmous
- Poached fillet of salmon (or cooked flakes salmon pieces)
- Thinly sliced preserved lemon
- Thin sliced fennel
- Rapeseed oil
- Lemon juice
Arrange a liberal amount of Tasty Tomato & Bean Houmous on base of plate, next place salmon on the houmous. In a separate bowl mix some finely sliced fennel, preserved lemon and rocket, dress with a little of the rapeseed oil and lemon juice, don’t forget salt and pepper and place with salmon on the plate. Enjoy with a nice cold glass of Chablis.
